We currently manufacture diverse range of natural health product, and we have recently expanded with a second location in Richmond, BC as the company has been rapidly growing with the mission of improving quality of life, creating a healthy society, and protecting human health as a global leading healthcare supplement company.

We are seeking a

Sales Assistant (Part-time)

who is professional, passionate, and reliable to help take our company to the next level.
In this position you will be part of the dynamic team members who plan and implement our sales & marketing activities and strategies.

Duties/Responsibilities, but not limited:

Support Sales team with order processing, Proforma Invoice issuance, payment matching, and related documentation. Assist with production and quality support tasks, including material tracking, label/spec verification, and recording production progress. Follow up on basic inventory and material control tasks, such as receiving logs, disposal forms, and simple purchasing requests. Follow up on maintain and update product/production data, assist with weekly open lists, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualification:

Degree in business, accounting or relevant field Successful work experience as a sales associate, sales assistant, or similar position Fluent in English (listening, reading, writing, speaking) Fluent in Korean is mandatory Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively Exceptional customer service skills
This is the part-time position and working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 08:30AM to 12:30PM.
