- Assisting the sales department in promoting company products and services

- Providing all other Sales Assistant-related duties as needed

- Producing sales reports and preparing presentations

- Making arrangements related to travel and meetings

- Assist customers with inquiries via email, telephone

- Supplying superior customer service, maintaining a kind and professional manner

- Ensuring process completion by assisting with coordinating orders

- 3+ years of experience acting as support for Sales

- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

- Advanced skills in Excel,

- Expertise in customer service

- Comprehensive knowledge of Ticketing System

-Experience with TIcketing sales, administration

This is a full time permanent position located in Ottawa, ON. Work will be performed on-site under the supervision of the Sales Manager.
