Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Sales Assistant. If you are a motivated, hard worker this opportunity may be just what you need. Offered through Robert Half, this Sales Assistant position will be a permanent opportunity based in the Vaughan, Ontario area.

- Facilitating the promotion of company products and services

- Providing support for and participating in trade shows and conventions

- Respond to customer requests quickly and professionally, providing superior service

- Ensuring process completion by assisting with coordinating orders

- Handling and organizing internal training courses

- Aiding sales teams by contributing administrative, technical and clerical support

- Making arrangements related to travel and meetings

- Composing and proofreading correspondence and other documents

- Producing sales reports and presentations

- Completing ancillary Sales Assistant tasks as needed
- Experience with Microsoft Office required

- Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required

- Export customer service experience preferred

- Customer service experience desired

- Quotations experience

- Knowledge of Post-Sales Support

- 1+ years of Sales Assistant experience recommended

- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

- Demonstrated project coordination skills, superb social skills, and ability to work well with all levels of staff, outside clients and vendors

- BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field recommended
