Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: Up to $55,000 per year
Job Type: Permanent

Our client in the industrial field is in full expansion and is looking for a Sales Assistant to join its team. This offer comes with excellent benefits and will allow you to work in a dynamic and positive environment that values work-life balance.

Your primary responsibilities:

- Ensure the smooth operation of sales
- Manage travel, hotel and restaurant reservations, etc. during business trips
- Take care of the agenda, organize and plan meetings
- Prepare Excel files and PowerPoint presentations
- Perform CRM sales reports
- Organize monthly sales meetings

The ideal candidate for this position:

- Relevant experience in administration or sales (3+ years)
- Bilingual, French and English
- DEC in administration
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
- Knowledge of AS-400 is an asset
- Organized person with a strong character who works well under pressure and in a team environment
