We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting our sales efforts across various channels, engaging with clients, and contributing to business growth. Fluency in other languages is a plus, and familiarity with technology sales and CRM tools will be highly valued. Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outside sales efforts
Support account management activities to maintain and grow existing client relationships
Engage with potential clients via B2B sales strategies, including cold calling and networking
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies
Participate in technical sales presentations, demonstrating product features and benefits
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales pipelines
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
Familiarity with marketing strategies and analysis techniques to optimize sales efforts
Experience with technology sales or technical products is advantageous
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
Strong analytical skills to assess market data, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term client relationships
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
