Lead Management & Nurturing: Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales leads via phone, email, and our website. Qualify leads, schedule estimates, and ensure a seamless handoff to our on-site team.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate customer information, interactions, and sales pipeline status.
Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Client Communication: Proactively follow up with existing and potential customers to build strong, long-lasting relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Digital Outreach: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and other digital sales initiatives to engage our customer base.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the remote administrative team and the on-site production team to ensure a cohesive customer journey from initial inquiry to job completion.
Process Improvement: Help identify and implement improvements to our sales and customer service processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience (2+ years) in a sales, customer service, or sales support role. Experience in the automotive industry is a significant asset but not required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive phone manner.
Strong proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
A problem-solver with a positive attitude and a strong customer-focused mindset.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Must have a dedicated, quiet home office space with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
