We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in expanding our market presence through effective account management, negotiation, and customer service. Salesforce, and analysis skills are highly valued to support our diverse client base and drive business growth.

Duties

Engage in outside sales efforts to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts Develop and implement strategies for business development to increase market share Manage client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions Conduct negotiations with clients to close sales and foster long-term relationships Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports Support marketing initiatives by promoting products/services through various channels Collaborate with technical teams to understand product specifications and assist in technical sales presentations Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to effectively position our solutions

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Excellent analysis skills for interpreting sales data and market trends Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Experience in technology or technical sales is preferred Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish to serve diverse clients effectively Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet sales targets Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and self-motivation are essential for success in this role
