We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining client relationships.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze customer data.
Support outside sales efforts by preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in technology sales.
Collaborate with team members to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients, including those who speak Spanish, to ensure their needs are met.
Experience
Previous experience in sales or account management is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
Experience in technical or technology sales is a plus.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment is essential.
