Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer/Sales person of the feminine nature to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence on social media platforms and the ability to engage with audiences effectively. This role requires a blend of marketing savvy, sales skills, and an understanding of technology trends. As an Influencer ans e-commerce salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand, products, and services while building relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative content strategies that resonate with target audiences across various social media platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials that highlight our products and services. Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with brands and other influencers to expand reach and visibility. Engage with clients by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain relevance in the market. Perform in person sales duty as and when needed. Check for online orders, print labels and prepare package for delivery. New inventory tagging and data entry (training will be provided)

Requirements

Excellent communication and sales negotiation skills. Willingness to model and create Instagram and TikTok content to promote products and increase sales. Positive attitude with proven sales experience. Familiarity with social media and e-commerce platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Shopify, Amazon) and proficiency in using content creation tools. Open to learning Shopify for product updates and sales tracking. Must have good knowledge and passion for fashion and is looking to eventually grow in this line of work in the future.

Payrate: Ontario Min-wage + 3% Sales commission (Online or in-store)
