Duties

Assist the Finance team

in identifying and analyzing market opportunities to drive business growth.

Utilize the Database

to manage customers, track sales activities, and generate business.

Handle lead generation

through Customer Outreach via calling/texting current active clientele and previous clientele.

Negotiate terms

with clients under the guidance of Senior Finance Managers to close deals effectively.

Collaborate with the Finance team

to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning.

Foster strong relationships

with clients through excellent communication and follow-up practices. Participate in

training sessions

to improve product knowledge and improve marketing strategies. Utilize

AI-assisted tools for customer text messaging

, follow ups and applications.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, cold-calling, and customer management, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with dealer CRM software is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively. Excellent negotiation skills and a passion for sales while maintaining customer relationships is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for client interactions. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail is required.
