We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales / Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various office software and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and staff.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Provide administrative support, assist with sales affairs including customer service inquiries, providing information, and other related tasks.
Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal staff to relay information, support business operations
Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both verbally and in writing.
1 Year experience as an SALES / office assistant is preferred.
Previous B2B / International trading / SCM background is preferred but not required.
Flexible thinking, strong communication skills with attention to detail, ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must have a valid driver's license
