Position Overview



We're seeking a professional and friendly Part-Time Sales Assistant to elevate the visitor experience at our show homes and sales centers. This role combines aspects of hospitality, administrative support, and light marketing to help our sales operations run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on prospective buyers.

Work Location

: Cochrane, Alberta

Training Location

: Edmonton and Cochrane, Alberta

Key Responsibilities



Welcome and greet visitors in a warm, professional manner. Maintain inviting presentation of sales areas--clean, organized, and well-stocked with marketing materials. Register visitor details via guest logs or digital sign-in tools; prepare daily visitor activity reports. Offer informal tours of model homes, highlighting key features. Support appointment scheduling and pass qualified leads to Sales Consultants. Assist with open houses, sales events, and occasional social media content. Provide administrative support (e.g., filing, organizing materials). Take on additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills



High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or sales experience an asset. Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is required. Strong computer literacy--comfortable with MS Office, CRM, and scheduling tools. Excellent communication, verbal and written; and organizational abilities. Professional appearance with a confident, approachable demeanor. Reliable transportation (with insurance) and ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Available to work weekends, evenings, and statutory holidays.

Showhome shifts are Mon - Thursday 2:30 PM - 8:15 PM, Weekends 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM and Holiday work required. (Excluding initial training and onboarding requirements.)
