Role Summary:
The Sales Assistant provides essential support to our Sales Department through ensuring smooth sales operations, assisting the sales team, and helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in the showroom, providing a welcoming and supportive experience.
Assist the sales team with daily tasks, appointments, and vehicle preparation.
Prepare vehicles for presentation, including cleaning coordination, fueling, organizing keys, and ensuring test-drive readiness.
Maintain sales materials, showroom displays, and organized inventory.
Create window stickers, assist with vehicle pricing, and update sales documentation.
Support sales staff with paperwork, filing, data entry, and follow-up communication.
Upload and manage information in the dealership's customer management system (CRM).
Take photos of vehicles for dealership website listings.
Drive vehicles between stores or departments as required.
Answer phones and assist with general administrative duties when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
Computer literacy; CRM or dealership software experience is an asset.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
