Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our Owner and Director of Marketing in managing and enhancing our lead generation processes. This fully-remote position involves significant research, data entry, and coordination. While prior sales experience is not required, the role requires proficiency in CRM management, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a strong focus on research and organization. You will be responsible for assisting in the discovery and nurturing of leads to ensure our team is positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities:



CRM Management:

Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate lead data and customer interactions.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator Management:

Manage and utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential leads and clients.

Sales Scheduling:

Assist with managing and organizing the sales schedules for the Owner and Director of Marketing, ensuring meetings and follow-ups are timely and well-coordinated.

Follow-up Messaging:

Send follow-up messages via LinkedIn from the company account to maintain engagement with leads.

Research:

Conduct deeper research into companies and leads to uncover opportunities, pain points, and decision-makers.

Customize Messaging:

Customize sales messaging for outreach based on provided templates and examples, ensuring personalization for each lead.

Email Campaign Coordination:

Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate and schedule email drip campaigns to engage leads effectively.

Lead Verification:

Make phone calls to verify lead details, particularly addresses, to ensure data accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proficiency with CRM systems and data entry. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead-generation tools is preferred. Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information. Comfortable with making phone calls to verify lead details. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay focused on goals. Goal-oriented, with a natural curiosity and drive to explore new opportunities. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is a remote role, but applicants local to Calgary are preferred. Sales experience is not required, but a passion for research, organization, and support is key. You will not be responsible for direct selling or client meetings but will play an essential role in the preparation and success of the sales team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
