South America and Europe

The Role:
You will support B2B sales activities for Artron's GMO testing and food safety products in international markets. This is a hands-on role where you will assist with market research, customer communication, and sales coordination. You will help identify potential clients, support marketing initiatives, and represent Artron at industry events under the guidance of the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in managing and growing business across South American and European markets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on inquiries and orders.
Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
Help organize and participate in trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemicals or a related field.
Experience in sales support, customer service, or international business (biotech or food industry experience) is an asset.
Strong interest in sales and client relationship management.
Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or other European languages is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive team player.
