Cullen\'s Marine Sales in Nanaimo, BC requires a Sales and Supply Chain Administrator for our Volvo Penta Power Center. The applicant will manage the administrative tasks of the Marine Sales Department which will include but not be limited to; scheduled updating of order status and inventory reports, processing of invoices, receipting of purchase orders, creating engine and accessory purchase orders, monitoring stock holdings, participating in sales forecasting and planning, liaising internally with the Accounts Department. Applicants should have the following qualifications: 1. Possess a sound knowledge of supply chain, CDP are the distributor of Volvo Penta Marine products and the Sales Department manages both the sales and inventory purchasing of these lines. 2. Have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) and Procede Excede. 3. Excellent data analysis, oral and written communicative skills. 4. Have an attitude conducive to good customer and office relations. 5. Should be assertive, self-motivated and have good organizational skills. 6. Capable of managing sales administration of Volvo Penta products, including but limited to the following: - Keying of external customer orders and providing confirmation. - Creation of purchase orders to manage engine and transmission inventory. - Liaise with external customers providing updates on expected timing of deliveries. - Preparation of quotes for dealers and sub-dealers - Invoicing customers in a timely manner following supply - Maintaining accuracy of reports shared with the dealer network. 7. Able to assist with writing project proposals. 8. The applicant will be a part of a large and growing Volvo Penta Marine business within CDP, liaising with the Service and Parts departments of the business and contributing the continued growth of Volvo Penta Marine within CDP. The territory of CDP\xe2\x80\x99s Volvo Penta business spans West from Manitoba, the applicant may liaise with dealers in within this territory and be required to travel occasionally.
