Accessory building team position
This position will require you to sell, sell, sell and manage the entire scope of construction projects from start to finish. You will be expected to supervise multiple job sites, organize and schedule sub-trades, communicate with clients, record change orders and costs, and enter data related to ongoing projects.
Day to day activities will include
• Lead Generation and management
• Preparation of sales contracts
• Sub trade Scheduling and management
• Project purchasing & Material expediting
• Execution of construction details as per contract specifics
• Preparation of documents for Municipal approval
• Project cost control and cost estimating
• Client relationship management
• Correspondence with HRM building officials
• Job site supervision
Qualifications:
A completed Bachelor's Degree, or higher, is preferred. Experience in Construction Management, Real Estate sales or Business related degree is also strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of the residential building methods
• Single-family and multi-family residential construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with today's technology including the Microsoft Office suite, web based management programs, smart phones, building technology, and communication tools including AI platforms
• Superior communication and organization skills are a requirement, Sales experience is a huge asset
Remuneration: A competitive base salary with sales based commissions and no cap on sales!

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
