At MIS, we provide the technical backbone for solar projects which range from engineering and design to installation support. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can take our proven expertise directly to the market and build strong client relationships. We want a driven, independent person who wants to work for themselves and grow with our company.
What You'll Do:
Generate new solar project leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, businesses, and contractors.
Present tailored solar solutions that meet customer needs
Manage the entire solar sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract.
Interact with and sell solar panel designs to residential and/or commercial customers
Collaborate with our technical team to deliver our proposals to customers and sell solar systems to them
What We're Looking For:
Proven background in sales, business development, or lead generation (solar or renewable energy experience preferred, but not required).
Entrepreneurial mindset: we want a self-starter who thrives on results and can work independently.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to educate and build trust with customers about the value of solar energy solutions.
A passion for sustainability and innovation.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based role
. This role is ideal for someone who wants unlimited earning potential and is motivated by performance. The more deals you close, the more you earn. We're looking for partners, not just employees people who want to grow with us as we scale. Commission rate per project is negotiable.
