JamFit Energy Studio is a high-energy, community-centered fitness brand offering jamnastics, youth programs, adult fitness classes, personal training, and specialty events. With two expanding locations, we are looking for a motivated, organized, and creative individual to help grow our community and support daily studio operations.
Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Representative is responsible for driving new memberships, enhancing client engagement, and supporting studio operations. This role blends customer communication, digital marketing, sales outreach, and administrative/front-desk duties. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about fitness and community building.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound cold calls to promote classes, personal training, and youth programs.
Manage all inbound leads from the website, phone calls, emails, and social media.
Follow up with prospects consistently and track conversions through lead-management tools.
Promote current packages, events, and studio programs to new and returning clients.
Support JamFit at community events, open houses, and outreach initiatives.
Customer Communication
Respond promptly to emails, calls, text messages, and social media DMs.
Provide accurate information about programs, schedules, pricing, and policies.
Assist new members with registration, account setup, and first-class instructions.
Build positive relationships with parents, clients, and community partners.
Marketing & Social Media
Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, promotional graphics, and class highlights.
Capture photos and videos of classes, events, and daily studio activities.
Track analytics and adjust content strategies to broaden engagement.
Support marketing campaigns for new programs, promotions, events, and seasonal offers.
Front Desk & Administrative Support
Sit at the front desk during studio hours, greeting clients and managing check-ins.
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, membership updates, and maintaining files.
Process payments, update client accounts, and assist with class bookings.
Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment by organizing the lobby, front desk, and work areas.
Answer incoming calls and route messages to the appropriate staff members.
Assist with the creation of forms, documents, and studio communications (newsletters, updates, announcements).
Support instructors and management with day-to-day studio needs.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person, and online).
Comfortable making outbound sales calls and handling conversations confidently.
Experience in customer service, administrative support, or sales is an asset.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Familiarity with scheduling platforms, CRM tools, or POS systems is preferred.
Highly organized with excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
