At SPICE, we are focused on delivering innovative housing solutions, specializing in co-op housing. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth while managing marketing activities to increase visibility and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the co-op housing sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. Understand the competitive landscape and client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and marketing campaigns. Create and execute marketing plans to promote services effectively. Report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Creating and updating social media posting schedules, administering content on all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and twitter to build audience and ensure customer engagement. Replying to comments from subscribers or liking tagged photos.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in co-op housing or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of marketing strategies and ability to integrate sales and marketing efforts. Proficient in using Microsoft office, Excel and other sales tools and the ability to incorporate AI into our current processes

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the housing industry, particularly in co-op housing, is a strong advantage. Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Compensation:

$20-$25 per hour plus commission based on experience and qualifications. Contract-based position with potential for long-term opportunities.
