Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage leads, and report on marketing performance.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure business deals.
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and industry developments.
Provide account management support by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in security services sales.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Ability to negotiate effectively with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Fluency in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. .
