Park View Homes is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales & Marketing Director to lead our internal sales and marketing functions. This role is accountable for developing and executing high-level strategies that drive lead generation, firm sales, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will bring an innovative and data-driven approach, a passion for leadership, and the ability to align both teams with the company's business objectives and customer needs -- while enabling them to execute effectively within their own roles.

KPI: Firm Sales vs. Target (per quarter or year)
Measures how many homes are sold firm compared to the sales target.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
Set and lead the overall sales and marketing strategy to meet business goals and ensure strong performance across all developments.
Ensure alignment between sales goals, marketing campaigns, and customer journey experience
Translate company vision into actionable priorities for both departments
Sales Strategy & Direction
Set sales targets and measure performance (e.g., firm sales vs. targets)
Coach Sales Consultants on pipeline health, client experience standards, and performance improvement
Monitor lead activity, sales KPIs, and CRM usage without duplicating the Sales Consultants' client-facing role
Develop and collaborate with leadership on pricing and community sales strategy
Marketing Strategy & Direction
Lead the development and direction of the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and sales objectives
Oversee the execution of brand initiatives, campaigns, and community launches at a high level
Ensure all marketing efforts support consistency in messaging, positioning, and market presence
Review and evaluate marketing plans, timelines, and performance metrics to optimize results
Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a cohesive brand across all customer touchpoints and platforms
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Consultants and Marketing Manager
Foster collaboration between sales and marketing to improve lead conversion and client experience
Provide clear direction, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure role clarity and accountability
Stakeholder Relationships & Outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers, and contractors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and referral networks.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on department-level KPIs (e.g., firm sales vs. target, lead source performance, ROI)
Use data insights to adjust strategies, improve conversion, and guide team focus
Ensure the right systems and tools are in place for both departments to succeed
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong strategic sales expertise with proven experience in developing comprehensive sales plans and strategies.
Experience leading, training, and coaching sales teams to achieve high performance.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
Proficient in CRM systems, customer management tools and and digital marketing tools
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and numerical skills for pricing homes and analyzing sales data.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience in online marketing, e-commerce and SEO

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
