Role Overview
As Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you'll support Eventcore's growth by creating and maintaining high-impact sales materials, marketing assets, and digital content. You'll help shape how we communicate our value--across proposals, pitch decks, social media, and our website. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with operational discipline and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Sales Collateral & Enablement
Develop and maintain pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and proposal templates
Collaborate with sales, product, and client services to ensure materials reflect current capabilities and client needs
Organize and manage a centralized library of sales assets for easy access and version control
Marketing Asset Development
Design and update visual assets including email templates, social graphics, infographics, and event signage
Support campaign execution with tailored content for specific audiences and channels
Coordinate with external designers or vendors as needed
Digital Content & Social Media
Draft and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X to promote thought leadership, product updates, and client wins
Maintain and update website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions
Track engagement metrics and recommend optimizations based on performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and priorities
Assist with planning and promotion of webinars, trade shows, and client events
Support internal communications and brand consistency across departments
Qualifications
2+ years experience in marketing, sales support, or content creation
Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for design
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), social scheduling tools, and CRM systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus Skills
Experience in B2B tech, event technology, or experience research
Knowledge of SEO and digital analytics
Basic HTML/CSS or web editing experience
