Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator
to support our dynamic advertising team.

What You'll Do:
This is a diverse and fast-paced role with a balance of administrative support, sales development, and marketing coordination. You'll play a vital role in helping our advertising team connect with local businesses and deliver effective advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives
Assist with managing internal documentation and coordinating schedules
Sales Prospecting
Research and identify new advertising leads and local business opportunities
Conduct outreach to prospective clients and help build new relationships
Vacation Coverage
Provide sales support and coverage for other members of the sales team during vacations or absences
Manage existing accounts and ensure continuity of service
Account Sales
Handle ad sales and client communications for select accounts
Ensure timely communication, accurate bookings, and excellent client service
Marketing Support
Assist with internal marketing efforts, including creating and scheduling social media content
Book in-house advertising campaigns and support promotions and sponsorships
Help implement marketing strategies that support business growth
What We're Looking For:
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
Self-starter with experience in prospecting or sales (media sales experience is a plus!)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools or ad booking systems is an asset
Comfortable with social media platforms and digital communication
Knowledge of or connection to the St. Albert community is a strong asset
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
