Job Description

Our Client, is seeking a dynamic coordiator to join the sales and marketing team!

Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by creating presentations, product catalogs, and onboarding new accounts

Create visually engaging marketing materials using Canva (flyers, email visuals, website assets)

Assist with maintaining and updating product listings on the website

Coordinate and support email marketing campaigns, including layout, visuals, and content

Maintain clear communication with customers for follow-ups, photo sharing, and basic support

Work closely with our creative team to ensure all visuals and messaging align with brand guidelines

Ensure all content and materials are consistent

Communicate effectively in both English and French, spoken and written

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Canva (Canva Pro experience is a plus)

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Bilingual - English & French (spoken and written)

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in sales support, marketing, or customer communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
