We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support our Marketing Director in all aspects of marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing: Develop and implement B2B social media marketing strategies including post creation, scheduling, and managing profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and Instagram. Oversee email marketing campaigns, maintain the company website, and schedule webinars and podcasts to engage our audience.
Content Creation: Assist in the creation of customer-facing literature including user guides, brochures, blog posts, and spec sheets. Participate in photo and video creation, manage outsourced projects via platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, oversee product photos and renderings, and ensure brand guidelines are updated and followed. Write and distribute newsletters. Design and produce physical marketing materials such as trade show booths, posters, and customer counter displays.
Event Planning: Research and schedule events such as trade shows and conferences, and source necessary materials for events.
Customer Service: Support our customer service team's excellence and KPIs by responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, and website submitted forms.
Overall Strategy: Contribute to organic and paid lead generation strategies, conduct market research and analysis, set and report on KPIs, and manage the marketing budget. Develop and refine the company's social strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and marketing strategy.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and email marketing tools.
Excellent design skills for creating marketing materials and familiarity with design software.
Excellent writing and communication skills for creating engaging content and newsletters.
Strong analytical skills for market research, setting KPIs, and budget management.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a small team.
Flexibility to wear multiple hats and contribute to various roles within the company.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to create and edit photos and videos.
Experience managing outsourced projects and working with freelancers.
2-3 years experience in a digital marketing role
