Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Manage all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Oversee advertising sales initiatives across various platforms including print advertising and online channels. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product management and marketing efforts. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Create engaging content for various platforms including websites (WordPress), blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Manage the marketing budget effectively while maximizing ROI on all campaigns. Implement performance marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition through e-commerce channels. Lead the team in executing multichannel campaigns that include Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales and marketing role with a focus on B2B marketing preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including analytics, copywriting, and research methodologies. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and performance tracking software. Proficiency in HTML is a plus for managing website content updates. Experience in product management is advantageous for aligning product offerings with market demand. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
