Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales and Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in
digital marketing, sales strategy, and client relationship management
. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, generate leads through outreach, and close sales opportunities. The candidate should be comfortable utilizing digital tools to enhance brand presence, and coordinating both marketing and sales efforts to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Conduct
cold outreach
to potential clients and partners to generate leads.
Identify, schedule, and coordinate
lender presentations
with brokerages.
Participate in
sales calls
and assist with delivering presentations to prospective clients.
Manage
warm outreach
to nurture existing leads and maintain relationships.
Content Creation
Develop engaging social media content (captions, graphics, short-form videos).
Edit video clips for posts, stories, and ads while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Write newsletters and repurpose content from webinars, workshops, and client success stories.
Create visuals and ad copy for paid campaigns, including A/B testing.
Content Management & Community Engagement
Plan and manage a social media content calendar 4 weeks in advance.
Schedule posts across platforms and monitor engagement.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries while tracking audience sentiment.
Marketing Strategy & Outreach
Assist with campaign planning for product launches
Conduct market research to stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and audience interests.
Identify visibility opportunities such as podcasts, speaking engagements, collaborations, or media features to boost brand exposure.
Analytics & CRM Management
Track KPIs for social media, email campaigns, and ads using Go High Level.
Generate reports with insights and recommendations for growth.
Assist with email marketing automation and CRM organization.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience running online advertising and email marketing campaigns
Strong skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising tools
Experience with Go High Level is a strong asset
Experience with email marketing and automation platforms
Able to analyze campaign results and make data-driven improvements
Skilled at writing ads, emails, and website content that are clear and engaging
Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Curious, proactive, and always looking for better ways to reach customers
A team player who collaborates, shares ideas, and works well with others
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
