Sales Consultants
to join our growing team. We're looking for individuals who can multitask effectively, overcome objections, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-driven, and works well in a team setting.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
Positive attitude and self-motivation
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor
Work with dealership CRM/database and build your own personal client network
Explain features and demonstrate Ford's current vehicle lineup, both in-showroom and on test drives
Complete required training and attend department meetings
Deliver and familiarize customers with their new or pre-owned vehicles
Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
