Our team is expanding! Keltic Ford, is currently accepting applications for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team. We are looking for team members passionate about customer experience who can deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and a memorable experience. Keltic Ford is located in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on all leads from variety of sources
  • Meet individual and department goals
    Promote new business and contribute to company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks
  • Providing a superior experience for our customers in order to exceed their expectations
  • Demonstrating a high level of product knowledge, including participating in product training available
  • Set goals for each month\xe2\x80\x99s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle models
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective negotiation skills, with ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers
  • A passion for customer service
  • Positive Can-do Attitude
  • Experience in auto sales preferred, but not necessary
  • Must have a valid Nova Scotia driver\xe2\x80\x99s license, and a clean driver abstract
