We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales team and clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes, helping to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Duties
Marketing and direct sales of DiFFER services to residents of multi-family properties including hosting "open house" tenant information sessions
Assisting subscribers in portal sign up/setup/configuration of DiFFER equipment (in person & remote)
Assisting subscribers in trouble shooting any DiFFER related issues (in person & remote)
Monitor info@differ.ca and initiate required actions (portal driven changes)
Maintain service change log on a daily basis
Schedule and follow to completion all customer change requests (support, installation, termination, "opt in", etc.)
Coordinate service changes with property managers where DiFFER services are collected with rent
Communications with tenants regarding service changes (service confirmation emails, free trial terminations, etc.)
Marketing materials, maintain on a property by property basis - ensure collateral, portal & commercial terms are consistent, latest copies, etc.
Maintain communications with DiFFER team members, participate in weekly tasks meetings and discuss/highlight any impediments that could impact scheduling or delivery of DiFFER services.
Requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Must be bi-lingual (French/English) and able to work independently. Other languages a plus.
Must be comfortable working with the public and possess basic technology skills.
Skills
Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; proficiency in both English and French are required.
Previous experience in sales or a sales support role is advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Demonstrated phone etiquette that reflects professionalism and courtesy.
