Provide administrative support to the Sales team
Respond to all incoming inquires in a timely manner and provide clients with product options and pricing information
Compile data, review, prepare and distribute reports
Book, service and execute corporate group events where required.
Assist with group dining reservations and contracting as required
Coordinate the efforts of the department to ensure reservations and reporting is accurate

Primary Focus
Department support for incoming business enquiries, client communication, booking and data entry
Reports including but not limted to hospitality reports and research reports
Corporate event quotes, planning and contracting as directed by Manager, Sales
Guest feedback, monitoring and reporting
Dining group sales entry as required
Liaise and communicate with all departments as internal contact for group bookings, relating all information and specifications on all groups as deemed appropriate by the Manager, Sales
Provide administrative support to Manager, Sales

Qualifications
------------------
A relevant college diploma or university degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Marketing, Business or equivalent experience is preferred
A minimum of two (2) years of related experience in hospitality, tourism or sales
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail is necessary to manage large volumes of business from various sources and to coordinate multiple projects
Demonstrated commitment to excellence in customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills
Bilingualism (English & French) an asset
