The Sales Analyst, Foodservice holds a crucial role in the Foodservice team at McCain. This role will manage and interpret multiple data sources to provide channel and customer intelligence and identify performance opportunities in support of commercial growth plans. The role requires a blend of exceptional execution, commercial business savvy and hands-on, detailed involvement in the day-to-day business.
The ideal candidate will have a natural inclination to sales and category management, with a strong record of accomplishment in high performing sales or data teams that have fuelled incremental growth for top-tier organizations. They will pair strategic thinking and data acumen, with a commercial bias and tendency to thrive in environments with broad flexibility and scope. This professional will have the drive and vision to creatively grow the business, bringing fresh ideas and embracing change and innovation. They will be able to challenge the status and translate an identified opportunity into actionable tools and solutions. A robust collaborator, with an entrepreneurial spirit, this leader with be able to drive results, even in a world of limited resources.
This person will have experience in delivering multiple projects concurrently, with a strong ability to communicate and influence both internal and external stakeholders. They will be a high caliber professional who can inspire, motivate, and engage in the broader organization. What You'll Be Doing...

• Collaborate with Sales Team to ensure reports and dashboards are optimized and continuously improved to meet multiple stakeholders needs.
• Work with Channel stakeholders to establish relevant reporting and dashboarding of metrics against channel priorities.
• Lead analysis and interpretation of McCain and Customer data to improve efficiency and effectiveness of decisions and activity at a Channel and Customer level.
• Create and design channel/customer relevant reports provided at a regular frequency on which internal stakeholders can rely to inform their future decisions and actions.
• Establish relationships between data sets using intelligence from the Insights team to provide a holistic view of what is happening, why it's happening and suggested actions.
• Identify patterns or trends that address specific performance questions about identified problem areas of under-performance incl. external factors such as competitor activity.
• Identify patterns of syndicated data and causal factors driving performance so they can be explained and amplified across a broader customer set.
• Critical business partner to Channel Teams to provide visibility of opportunity gaps that can be addressed through Channel or Customer activity.
• New Item Planning and Performance tracking vis Circana, Power BI, and Customer Databases.

Compensation Package: $58,800.00 - $78,500.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
