We are currently hiring for a

MATURE

Casual Retail Ambassador.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and identifying their needs. Recommending and assisting customers in finding the right products for their pets. Describing product features and benefits. Addressing customer questions about our store and products. Handling cash, debit, and credit payments. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge through provided training. Arranging and displaying merchandise attractively. Assisting with receiving, pricing, and shelving incoming deliveries. Collaborating as part of a team and taking initiative without direct supervision. Keeping the store and workspace clean and organized. Multitasking whilst providing excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic computer literacy. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Capacity to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead. Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 100% of work time).
