Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Rutherford Farms' pedigreed seed to new and existing customers.
Provide agronomic advice and technical support related to seed selection, crop management, and production practices.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow seed sales in the region.
Plan and participate in grower meetings, field tours, and other promotional events.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of pedigreed seed production and certification processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
