covering solutions and installation services to customers across Waterloo Region. Our mission

online.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time associate with a background in Marketing or Business who is
enthusiastic about customer service, sales, and marketing. This role combines in-store
customer support with marketing and digital responsibilities. You will be the friendly face
greeting customers, helping them find the right flooring, while also supporting our website and
marketing efforts.
This is an in-person position at our Waterloo store and requires someone who enjoys
engaging with people and driving sales through excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Customer Support & Sales
? Greet and welcome customers into the store.
? Assist customers with product selections, providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
? Guide customers through flooring options and help them make informed purchasing
decisions.
? Prepare and present estimates, invoices, and sales documents.
? Ensure samples, displays, and the showroom are organized, clean, and appealing.
Marketing & Digital
? Create and manage social media content to engage followers and build brand
awareness.
? Design and send email campaigns (Mailchimp) to highlight promotions, new arrivals, and
updates.
? Support ongoing marketing efforts to drive customer traffic and sales.
? Help maintain the company website by updating product listings and ensuring content is
accurate and engaging.
Store Support
? Assist with general upkeep of the store, including showroom, displays, kitchen,
bathroom, and warehouse areas.
? Help move flooring samples and boxes when needed.
Qualifications
? Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
? Interest in sales, retail, and customer engagement.
? Experience with social media, email marketing (Mailchimp), and basic website
management.
? Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
? Comfortable with some physical work (lifting samples and flooring boxes).
Compensation
? $20/hour, full-time position.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
