ConsumerCapital Canada Inc. is part of privately-owned Canadian national financial services company with multiple verticals across automotive, consumer, and merchant lending portfolios. We manage the entire lifecycle of each loan from credit adjudication through to contract administration, customer service, default management and post-charge-off recoveries. ConsumerCapital Canada offers unsecured personal loans up to $12,500 through online platforms. What your day and week could look like Working in partnership with the Credit and Funding team, a Sales Agent plays an essential role in increasing our approved-to-booked ratio. This includes:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets by:
  • Making outbound/handle inbound solicitation calls.
  • Adhering to established service levels.
  • Leveraging SMS/email to improve contact rates with customers.
  • Facilitating loan application approvals with data entry accuracy, collection of required supporting documents and file complete.
  • Following up on any outstanding emails and phone calls/voice mails from the previous business day(s).
  • Reading and analyzing daily sales report and Salesforce dashboards.
  • Contributing to sustaining an open channel of communication between partners and sales team through:
  • Liaising with the Credit and Funding Team to resolve any partner concerns regarding a loan application or any other relationship or service issues.
  • Handling any partner complaints or escalations while maintaining exceptional levels of service.
How you bring your passion for success:
  • One or more years of experience in a telephone sales environment.
  • Experience in contact centre and/or consumer lending settings is an asset.
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Outstanding ability to build rapport with internal and external customers by telephone, SMS, and email.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail and team targets.
  • A high degree of accuracy within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills in a timely manner.
  • Upbeat and results-oriented team contributions.
  • Dependability, self-motivation and personal accountability.
  • Capacity to toggle between working independently and collaboratively.
  • A dedication to the combined team and personal success
  • Fluent ability to write and speak business information in English.
  • Familiarity and ease in working with online platforms and Microsoft Office i.e., Excel, Word, and Outlook.
