Job Summary
We at QP are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
