Job Title: Janitorial Supply Outbound Sales Representative Company Overview: Unicell Janitorial Supplies is a leading supplier of high-quality janitorial supplies and equipment, serving customers in the Fraser Valley. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and products to our customers and are looking for a motivated and driven outbound sales representative to join our team. : As an outbound sales representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers in the Langley, BC and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, following up on provided leads, making outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain relationships with customers in Langley, BC and the surrounding areas: You will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of our customers\' needs and requirements, and proactively reaching out to them to identify opportunities for new business, resolve issues, and reinforce our commitment to their satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Identify potential customers through various sources: You will use a variety of resources, including online research, trade shows, and referrals, to find potential customers. \xc2\xb7 Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers: You will use your exceptional communication skills to engage potential customers in conversations that focus on their needs and requirements. You will follow up on leads generated by marketing and other sources, and use this opportunity to develop relationships, identify opportunities, and create demand for our products and services. \xc2\xb7 Provide exceptional customer service to clients: As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience to our clients. You will answer questions, provide product information, handle complaints, and ensure that our customers have all the information and resources they need to make informed decisions about their purchase. \xc2\xb7 Meet or exceed sales targets: You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales targets set by the company. This will involve achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals, as well as providing regular reports on sales activity, including new business development, pipeline, and revenue. \xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date on product and industry trends: You will keep yourself informed about new products, trends, and industry developments, and use this knowledge to provide customers with the most up-to-date information and advice. Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the janitorial supply industry: A solid understanding of the industry and its products will be an advantage. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers in order to understand their needs and requirements. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills: You should be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and have the ability to meet deadlines and manage your own workload effectively. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and driven: You should be self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a strong desire to succeed and be able to demonstrate a track record of success in your previous roles. \xc2\xb7 Ability to learn and understand technical product information: You should have the ability to learn and understand technical product information, and use this knowledge to educate and inform customers. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software: You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as CRM software. \xc2\xb7 Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation: You must have a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation in order to travel to meet with clients as needed.
