aggressive Sales Agent

to drive occupancy growth and brand awareness.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a

self starter

who thrives when working independently and enjoys seeing measurable results from their efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales funnel and closing deals through both traditional outreach and digital marketing strategies.

You will work with minimal supervision, so strong personal drive, discipline, and accountability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed occupancy targets.

. Generate leads using

Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

.

Conduct tours and sales meeting, presentations and virtual consultations with prospective residents and their families or POA's.

. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community groups, and referral sources.

. Manage leads and track progress using CRM software.

. Report result daily and provide feedback on campaign performance to management.

Qualifications

. 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the retirement home, senior living or healthcare industry or similar.

. Demonstrate success working

independently

and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

.

Strong understanding of

digital advertising, Google Ads, and Social media marketing.

. Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills

. Proficient in CRM tools Point Click Care.

. Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation required.
