Sales Agent - Service Plus Inns & Suites

Position Overview

:

Service Plus Inns & Suites in Calgary is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Agent to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our client base while managing relationships with exiting clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales and possess the ability to both sell and close deals

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients

Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients in various market segments

Conduct regular client outreach to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities

Travel to meet potential clients and attend networking events, trade shows, and sales meetings

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams (eg marketing, operations) to ensure client needs are met

Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI's

Qualifications

:

Previous Experience in hotel sales or a related field

Proven ability to close seals and meet sales targets

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Self-motivated and goal-orientated with a positive attitude

Ability to work independently with minimal supervisor

Pay: $50,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
