Omni Group is currently seeking enthusiastic, high energy professional sales agents to join our fast-paced call centre. Successful candidates will be self motivated who genuinely want to make a difference for our customers. • Fast computer data entry skills.
• Must be able to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail.
• Previous call center experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in sales, retention, or collections is a plus.
• Must have excellent command of English, French is considered an asset, but not required.
• Must be able to commit to intensive full-time training.
• Applicants must have a flexible with work schedule and be able to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
• Applicants must be eager to succeed and focused on exceeding company's expectations.

DUTIES:

• Ensure inbound and outbound calls are handled in a professional and courteous manner and ensure that established procedures are stringently adhered to.
• Provide outstanding customer service for Canadians who wish to improve their credit through product and financial solutions.
• Ensure that proper techniques are utilized to company standards.
• You will be assisting new and prospective customers and providing common sense solutions.
• Assist our customers with their credit, computer and mattress needs.
