Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and personable

Sales Agent

to join our team on-site at our

Ajax sales office

. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in selling our remaining

unsold units

at this location, while providing a warm and professional customer experience to prospective buyers. (Note: Training will be provided)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about real estate and new home sales, with potential to continue working with Golden Falcon Homes on future communities and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with prospective buyers visiting the sales office. Present and promote available homes in a knowledgeable and compelling manner. Answer questions related to floorplans, pricing, features, timelines, and the community. Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the sales process. Collect and follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and conduct model home tours. Keep the sales office presentable and stocked with updated marketing materials. Provide regular updates to the management team on traffic, feedback, and sales activity. Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and support during transactions.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused, outgoing, and confident demeanor. Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service is an asset. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Living in close proximity to the Ajax site is considered a strong asset.

Schedule:

Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM Flexibility available for the right candidate.
