We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused

Sales Advisor

to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales while providing exceptional service. You will assist customers in selecting products, explain mobile devices and plans, and ensure a smooth shopping experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Welcome customers warmly and professionally. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and plans. Demonstrate products and provide information on features, specifications, and pricing. Address customer questions and concerns politely and professionally.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Engage with customers proactively to promote products and services. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals consistently. Upsell and cross-sell products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales. Process transactions accurately using the POS system (RQ) IQ Metrix.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed on the latest mobile devices, plans, and Freedom Mobile promotions. Continuously update product knowledge and stay aware of industry trends. Educate customers on the benefits and features of products to help them make informed decisions.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the store clean and organized, including displays and promotional materials. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed. Participate in store upkeep tasks, including inventory counts and merchandising updates.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic understanding of mobile devices and technology. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
