We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Sales Advisor

to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales goals, and creating a positive in-store experience. You will assist customers with product selection, explain mobile devices and plans, and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable devices, plans, and services. Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately. Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
Sales & Performance

Proactively engage customers to promote products and services. Consistently work toward achieving or exceeding sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell accessories and additional services to enhance the customer experience. Accurately process transactions using the POS system (RQ - iQmetrix).
Product Knowledge

Stay informed about Freedom Mobile devices, plans, and promotions. Continuously update product and industry knowledge. Educate customers to help them make confident purchasing decisions.
Store Operations

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual displays. Assist with inventory management and restocking. Participate in inventory counts and merchandising updates as needed.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Retail or sales experience is an asset but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-driven with a positive, service-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Basic knowledge of mobile devices and technology. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
