Signalix Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused

Sales Advisor

to join our growing team. In this role, you will help customers choose the right mobile products and plans, support their device needs, and contribute to a positive, seamless in-store experience.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their mobile needs and recommend suitable products and plans. Demonstrate devices and explain features, pricing, and promotions. Address questions and resolve concerns with patience and professionalism.

Sales & Revenue

Actively promote products, services, and special offers. Achieve or exceed sales goals and performance expectations. Upsell and cross-sell accessories and add-ons to enhance customer satisfaction. Process sales accurately using the RQ (IQ Metrix) POS system.

Product Knowledge

Stay informed about new devices, plans, and Freedom Mobile promotions. Continuously update your understanding of industry trends. Clearly explain product features and benefits to help customers make confident decisions.

Store Maintenance

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Monitor inventory and assist with restocking when required. Participate in inventory counts, merchandising tasks, and general store upkeep.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Retail sales experience is an asset but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of mobile devices and technology. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
