Car Salesperson
to join our growing team.What We're Looking For:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in car sales (used or new). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A professional, customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and hit sales targets. Valid driver's license required.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally. Recommend vehicles based on customer needs. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features. Negotiate and close sales confidently. Maintain customer follow-ups and build long-term relationships.
Compensation:
$1,800/month
base salary during the 3-month probation period. Commission structure. Career growth opportunities within the dealership.Location:
