Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features when applicable Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and product updates Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions effectively Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is a plus A proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role

Pay: $35,500.00-$149,873.46 per year
