Responsibilities

Greet clients with courtesy and professionalism; Advise customers on the various products, while ensuring that their needs are met; Opening and updating patient records; Perform tasks related to invoicing on receipt of products for sale; Other administrative tasks.

Main responsibilities:

Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism. Make appointments, call backs, and confirm appointments. Open and update files. Receive and participate in the inventory of frames. Ensure the collection of fees and products sold. Performs preliminary eye exam tests. Participate in branch management activities to maintain an excellent experience; Assist customers in the selection of frames and lenses under the supervision of the professional.

Sales Consultant - VISIONS OPTICAL


Visions Optical is currently seeking a Sales Consultant in to work in a fast-paced retail optical with a dynamic team.Must excel in customer service. Ability to work as a team player with limited supervision. Must be highly motivated with strong organizational skills with the ability to problem solve and multi-task. Evening and weekend work may be required. Ability to follow company procedures and policies. Training provided. Greeting customers. Make appointments for customers. Daily close-out and cash deposits.
