• Greeting clients with a smile
• Answer phone in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain positive customer relations
• Direct calls and response to inquiries
• Source custom options for Fireplaces, BBQ's, woodstoves, etc..
• Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
• Maintain office files
• Accurate database management

Qualifications and required skills:

• Fluent in both French and English written and verbal communications skills
• Familiarity with local geographic locations
• Ability to deal with more than one situation at a time (multi task)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Effective communication, customer service, problem solving and decision making skills
• Well-developed organizational, time management and daily planning skills
• Ability to work well independently as well as within a multi-disciplined team environment
• Post-secondary training in one or more of theses areas: sales, marketing, merchandising, and social media

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $38,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
